8/24 - Just left Burke’s Grill off Chapel Hill in Douglasville. A Togo order which was my first mistake. My second mistake not checking my order before leaving. I ordered the chicken and waffles and MAN!! what a disappointment!! The chicken strips were too small the waffle was indescribable. Which ever cook plated this food should be ashamed. The real true Burke would have never allowed such to happen. Luckily I also ordered the fried green tomatoes and catfish/grits for my husband which he shared with me. New Burke please stop messing up people food and step your game up because no one has money to waste!

Wonderful service! They made us feel like we were eating with their family at home! Food taste Fresh and Enjoyable! Atmosphere is Peaceful! A great start to our Sunday afternoon! Country fried Steak is A must ! 😋

This was my first time coming here and I was very pleased with the service, good, and all around restaurant. The server i had was really sweet, very attentive just very nice lady! The fried green tomatoes were to die for!! They’re very well seasoned and go really with their ranch. The tomatoes were fresh and juicy! The burger was cooked exactly like i wanted it to, cheese was melted, egg cooked how i wanted! Everything was really tasty and was fast getting to me. I will definitely be coming back for lunch!

I'm on a lucky streak finding great places to eat! This place was exceptional. Creative food and clever combinations along with some yummy originals. The service was by a young man. He was polite and prompt with everything. He also provided insight to menu items that were delicious. Looking forward to our next visit!

Absolutely delicious!! I had the fish and grits (blackened), grilled vegatables were fresh and not soggy. Sister had the deluxe burger and onion rings and brother had the shrimp dinner. No complaints with any meal! Must try.

So first time at Burkes I didn’t know what to expect. I was not expecting friendly service & amazing home cooked food. Burkes did not disappoint first glance you see a sign in a plaza from the street & begin questioning if you’re at the right place. You are! The food is amazing & staff is great, professional and attentive. I believe it’s family owned not 100% sure. I visited 3 times before leaving a review , I will certainly be back again.

Nice little Mom and Pop. Food was good, but portions are small. Prices are average. The restaurant was clean and there is ample parking. I would recommend if you are traveling through.

The food was amazing. That black Queen in the kitchen was throwing down BY HERSELF Y'ALL! She made my veggies fresh to order. I did not wait a long time either. My server Kevin was awesome. He even gave a few recommendations of other places I could visit since I'm sort of a foodie. My first time here was awesome. I will return!! Please don't walk, run to Burke's Grill where the service is just as good as the food. I wish you guys much success. Peace and Blessings
